We’re hiring: 

DIRECTOR OF SURVEY (RPLS)
Partnership tract position.  Provide strong knowledge of boundary, design topographic survey, land development, plat preparation for filing with various cities and counties, and easement preparation.  Work closely with President, Vice President Surveying and in-house engineering staff to plan, schedule and execute projects accurately and in a timely manner.  Must be registered in the State of Texas, have ACAD Civil 3D and Carlson Survey experience, and have the ability to review and interpret construction plans for accuracy and thoroughness prior to field construction staking.

Responsibilities Include:
Assisting with survey office and field personnel coordination
Managing, mentoring, coaching, and leading personnel in a positive manner
Compliance with quality control programs including USA standards and checklists
Assisting with budget development, forecast planning, and expense management
Identifying and initiating surveying/engineering opportunities to promote company advancement
Developing and maintaining good relations with clients, government agencies, and contractors

VICE PRESIDENT ENGINEERING (PE)
Partnership tract position.   Provide design expertise, leadership and direction to manage all land development and public works projects.  Perform engineering design work.  Oversee engineers, design professionals, and support staff to plan, schedule and execute projects.  Work closely with clients, agencies, USA executive leadership and in-house survey department.  ACAD Civil 3D survey and surfacing experience required.

Responsibilities Include:
Developing budgets, forecast planning, and managing expenses
Preparation of proposals for new work and monthly invoicing for existing projects
Developing and maintaining good relations with clients, government agencies, and contractors
Compliance with quality control programs including USA standards and checklists
Performance management, mentorship, coaching, and effective conflict resolution
Identifying and initiating engineering/surveying opportunities to promote company advancement

CIVIL PROJECT MANAGER (PE)
Partnership tract position
ACAD Civil 3D survey and surfacing experience required
PE preferred but not required
Lead design teams and manage production of civil construction plans
Process plans to approval and prepare construction bids

CIVIL ENGINEER IN TRAINING (EIT)
Minimum three years ACAD Civil 3D experience
Perform design, drafting, and quality control for assigned projects
Lead design team during final plan preparation, submittals, and approvals

SURVEYOR IN TRAINING (SIT)
ACAD Civil 3D survey and surfacing experience required
SIT certification or working towards certification
Assist in daily support and scheduling of field crews
Able to perform research, computations, and final plat preparation
Prepare metes and bounds descriptions
ALTA/ASCM survey experience preferred but not required
