USA partnered with Centurion American to provide civil engineering and land surveying services for Polo Ridge Ph 1 and Ph 2, part of an expansive masterplanned community located in the Forney area, just south of Interstate 20 near the Trinity River.
Spanning approximately 800 acres, Polo Ridge is designed to blend residential growth with the natural character of the surrounding landscape. The community includes scenic open space, greenbelts, ponds, and future neighborhood amenities, creating a family-friendly environment with room to grow.
USA supported Phase 1 and Phase 2 through the coordination of surveying and civil engineering services needed to help move the development from planning toward construction. This work helped provide the technical foundation for site layout, infrastructure design, drainage, utilities, paving, and overall development coordination.
With convenient access to I-20, Polo Ridge offers connectivity to downtown Dallas, Mesquite, Lake Ray Hubbard, and Lake Lavon. Zoned to Forney Independent School District, the community is positioned as a well-connected residential development that combines natural beauty, accessibility, and long-term community planning.
